I think the glow is a little fast in this.. I tried a new style of glowing that looks a lot smoother, but perhaps it's too smooth.

Either way, I like this!

As I said before, this came out really really nicely Spazzie~ I like how her character turned out in your style, it's cute. I also love the jellehs and the water. The glowing is also really wonderful. :3
